In Worcester, state police apprehend a wanted man with a gun

Vasquez brought the gun into the car with him and placed it in the cargo area behind him, according to an investigation on the scene. The driver received a summons for driving without a license and was then free to depart. Vasquez was arrested and taken to the Brookfield Barracks, where he was booked. A bail clerk was contacted. Vasquez was bailed and scheduled for arraignment in Worcester District Court. Bail was set at $500. Francisco Vasquez has been charged with the following offenses: Possession of a Firearm without a FID Card; Ammunition Possession Without a FID Card; Illegal Possession of a Firearm; Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device; and Improper Firearm Storage
